Packaging of beverages

Corrugated boards are used for almost the whole selection of consumer packaging of drinks and most collecting and transport packaging. From the "classical" American box with deviders as a unit, consisting of a combed fabric case, to die-cut boxes used on automatic packaging machines, we offer our clients a wide selection. For packaging canned soft drinks and beer receptacles we can offer a color-printed corrugated tray. The soft drinks industry uses transport packaging for consumer-packaged beverages, trays those are glued on special machines. Significant part of these products is made on our machines.

  • For safe transport packaging of glass bottles, as a new solution, we offer a dividing case, made , of die-cut corrugated board consisting of one piece, which can be easily and quickly assembled by manual or mechanical folding. Figure 1.
  • One method of mechanical packaging is wrapping packaging, for which die-cut corrugated sheets are made. This is folded and glued into a box mechanically by special machines, so bottles are held together in a secure unit. Figure 2.
  • Corrugated sheets are also suitable for representative gift packaging designs, either with a pre-printed liners or laminated offset prints . Figure 3.
