Packaging of technical goods
A significant part of the boxes made of corrugated board are used for packaging technical goods. This product category is very wide, extending from small household appliances to small agricultural machines, from electric bulb to gas cooker, and also includes a selection of instruments, office, information and electrical goods.
Our company specializes in designing the packaging of technical goods, consisting of several special items, as well as in manufacture of all means of packaging made exclusively of corrugated board and paper-based packaging materials. This is represented by stiffeners, cushioning elements and edge protectors necessary for fixing unit-loads.
- Packaging, besides the protecting function, also has a decisive effect on aesthetic appearance. Decorative printing of boxes may occur by direct printing or use of a pre-printed liner. Figure 1.
- If required we also make proposals to users for the exchange of plastic and wooden packaging elements. Combined packaging, because of higher environmental protection product fees and more difficult re-use has got into an ever more disadvantageous situation. Figure 2.
- Our company, Dunapack Ltd., designs and produces its products by taking account of environmental protection and economic considerations. Figure 3.
- We recommend use of protective and space-filling elements designed from shaping elements and made of corrugated board to alleviate vibration and protect goods against possible knocks during transport, for maximum protection of packed products. Figure 4.
- When packaging heavier goods, such as gas cookers and televisions the goods protection function is mainly highlighted. Figure 5.
