Paper Division
The Paper Division carries out activities on two sites, on Csepel Island and in Dunajvros
Our Csepel mill, which has a long history, today has two production lines making packaging paper . One production-line makes different base weight (50-110g/m2) brown paper for large bags, paper-bags, satchels and packaging materials. Here, we were among the first in the world to begin using waste paper for production of paper bags. The production line is equipped with a Clupak unit, and as a result paper extension can be increased by up to 8-9%. The second production line produces the natural brown liner of corrugated board boxes, and medium paper made of nearly 100% waste paper.
The Paper Divisions Dunajvros site produces the medium of corrugated paper on the country's largest paper machine, also purely from waste paper. All our company's paper manufacture processes are controlled by computers, and the most important product features, i.e. size and moisture content are measured during production, and are directly regulated on this basis.
