Shelf Ready Packaging

Shelf Ready Packaging (SRP) solutions are excellent in saving time and energy, since after removing the top of the packaging the products in the display can be immediately placed onto the shelves without unloading.

Types of shelf ready packaging solutions:

• Tear tape and perforation: The box can be transformed into display along a perforation or with the help of the tear tape glued into the inside of the box.
• Folded displays: The box is transformed into a display by folding out a so called “crown” from the top of the box. Due to its small size this type of displays can be easily placed onto the shelves of the shops or into the cash-desk zone.
• Top + bottom constructions: In case of classical top + bottom solutions the high quality printed bottom filled with the goods is placed onto the shelf after simply getting off the top.
• Twin box: a twin construction consisting of two parts. The top part is a high strength American type box with open bottom bearing the load and fulfilling transport requirements. The bottom part functions as display, this is a thinner, high quality printed, die cut and glued construction, where the goods are placed. When putting the goods onto the shelves the top can be removed easily without using any opening tools. Afterwards the display with the goods can be immediately placed onto the shelf without unloading.
• Dual box: Similar to Twin box but in contrary it consists of one part. The top and the bottom can be easily separated along the perforation.
