Corrugated cardboard

Our factories produce 3-layer (C, B, E), 5-layer (BC, EE, EC, EB, BB) and 7-layer (BCC) corrugated cardboard sheets, from which be manufacture boxes in different shapes and functions according to the our consumers’ needs. Corrugated cardboard can be easily printed, is environmentally friendly, and is 100% recyclable.

Corrugated cardboard is made by gluing two flat papers (called liners) to the top of the flutes of a corrugated paper on either side. Corrugated cardboard sheets consist of one or more corrugated paper layers. The corrugated and flat sheets are glued together alternately along the flute edges. The number of layers is always odd: 3, 5, 7.

Flute edge is the top of the flute, the surface where the flute is glued to the flat liner.

Pitch is the distance in mm-s between two flute edges on the same side of the corrugated paper.

Flute height is the distance in mm-s between two flute edges on different sides if the corrugated paper touching two separate liners (varies depending on flue profile).
