Based on a government decision, packaging firm Dunapack, a member of the Austrian Prinzhorn group, will receive Ft 3.5 billion in state subsidies for its Ft 70 billion development programme, the official gazette of the Economy Ministry wrote.
The new unit will be opened in June 2009 and reach its full annual waste paper processing capacity of 400,000 tons by 2011. The company is providing 25% of the project costs from own funds. The new unit will create 300 jobs, and an additional 600 jobs indirectly. (NG p.2; MH p.10)
