Transformation of Dunapack Zrt. into Dunapack Kft

Recent years brought along several changes in the activities of Dunapack Group. The target is to concentrate on the core business of the Dunapack corrugated packaging business and to streamline the processes to be leaner, faster, more flexible and international oriented. Therefore also the company´s owner structure has been streamlined. Mosburger GmbH, Vienna became the sole shareholder of the company Dunapack Papír és Csomagolóanyag Zrt. From 1 October 2011 by the transformation of Dunapack Zrt. into Dunapack Kft (a limited liability corporate form) the full organisational integration process into the Dunapack Group has been finished. Since the Dunapack Papír és Csomagolóanyag Kft. is the legal successor of the Dunapack Papír és Csomagolóanyag Zrt. you as our partner will not have any disadvantages or extra risks.
