Environmental report 2001.

• In the design of our activities and in our everyday work – aligning our economical interests with the protection of the environment – we stand for the economical use of natural resources and for the pursuance of the principle of sustainable development.
• As Hungary’s biggest packaging-waste processor, we continuously work for the stimulation and increase of waste-paper-collection, and for raising the ratio of secondary raw materials in our products.
• We consider the fulfilment of environmental laws and regulations, and the high level protection of the environment as our fundamental responsibility. For this, we built up and continuously developed a monitoring mechanisms, and we are prepared for the management of emergency events endangering our employees and the environment.
• We continuously inform our employees about the company’s goals and results. Their skills, knowledge, commitment, quality and environmental awareness are developed by regular training. Our management serves as a good example to motivate the improvement of their performance.
• For mutual trust and for the efficiency of joint work, we promote an open and sincere information policy with the neighbouring of our plants, with the government and authorities and with all other interested parties.

Our belief is that the application of these basic principals is essential for efficient management, for keeping and improving our market position, and for the sustainable operation of our company.
