Our Integrated Management Policy

The basic objectives of DUNAPACK Ltd. are:

• fulfilment of our customers’ needs at a high level,
• to accept the responsibility towards society and the environment, in our production activity and in the whole life-cycle of our products;
• to serve and continuously align the interests of our shareholders and employees.

These objectives are considered equally important, thus we aim to keep them balanced through our activities.

To achieve this:

• We operate a management system fulfilling the requirements of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 international standards and of the EMAS regulation.
• We continuously monitor and develop our management system, activities, products and services.
• Our aim is to use the economically viable best available techniques, respectively to attain their level of performance, including efficiency, economic, quality and environmental performance.
• We provide complex services for our customers with the main objectives being the realisation of a rational, economic, aesthetic, and environmentally sound packaging by using the minimal amount of materials necessary, completely recyclable materials; and the exquisite satisfaction of our customers’ quality requirements.
• Our services go beyond production they also cover design, storage, transport, logistics and the utilisation of wastes resulting from our products. These services are performed quickly and precisely, adequately to our products’ quality.
• We promote a continuous and active communication with our customers in order to recognise their needs and to share up-to-date information on our products’ quality, ecological benefits and our services.
• We establish stringent requirements for our contractors and suppliers, their performance is continuously monitored and evaluated.
