Established in 1990, Dunapack Ltd., together with its Austrian parent the Hamburger Group, runs Central Europe’s largest vertically-integrated corrugated product manufacturing operation. Our activities spread over ten countries in the region, and we are constantly expanding. Dunapack is also a shareholder in the Alliabox Group, an organisation that provides products and services of consistent quality in all EU countries, all countries acceding to the EU in 2004, as well as Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, the Ukraine and Egypt. The Company can therefore meet international companies’ pan-European supply requirements.

Dunapack is a vertically-structured group of companies, and the largest recycler of packaging waste in Hungary. Packaging produced by the Company is collected or repurchased after use, and recycled in its paper mills and manufacturing plants. Our all-embracing services are aimed above all at fulfilling customers’ packaging needs in an economic, aesthetic and environmentally sound way, using fully recyclable materials in the least possible quantities. This service goes well beyond manufacturing, and includes design, storage, transport, recycling of waste generated from packaging, and provision of easily-accessed, accurate and up-to-date information.

Our achievements have been recognised by many Hungarian and international awards, we have also made great strides in the field of integrated management systems. All Hungarian production facilities and many of those abroad now comply with the international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. In 2001, the Corrugated Division won the Hungarian National Quality Award for its modern, flexible and human-centred corporate management, and the commitment of its staff.
